'THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!
So chuffed when students invest in the journey of Qigong Health Exercise. Even more so when i receive emails that confirm the benefits of dedication.
Those that invest will be rewarded.

A long term student had sent me a recent email update on their health after a diagnosis of MS years earlier and then Breast Cancer in the last year. The feeling of great health and the support Qigong brings is often hard to put into words, it can only be gained through practice.
We all have the magic inside of us, you just need to know how to help it grow. Qigong is a great solution.

Hi Christopher,I know I have been through a bit of a roller coaster year but I know that Qigong has got me through it. Just wanted to let you know how I feel as it's different, I find if hard to say in words, just can't explain how but it's all amazing -
1 - I feel a calm balanced flow of energy through my body.
2 - I feel my Qi* energy is now enabling my body/mind/soul/emotions to function in the right way - self healing - more Qi energy.
3 - internally I feel calmer, stronger almost as if there is another me who is more balanced - my own internal energy/aura that also flows externally.
4 - I have a deeper consciousness of my mind, emotions, body, etc a cleansing of all.
5 - I feel I'm on the way to establishing my balanced Yin and Yang - this is what I deeply feel.
It's so hard to explain but I feel I now have a deeper sense of feeling my Qi I'm at one with it. I feel it through my body when I practice and when I'm not and going about my life.
So flipping Awesome, thank you"

(*The word 'QI' is an umbrella word used to describe the functions of the internal organs, blood, immune system and a representation of the emotions)
