Class Home Study

Preparing for your class each week
Bring a bottle of water or warm drink
Wear something loose and comfy
Have a floor mat available (occasionally)
Eat a light meal and warm drink 30 minutes before each class.
Try not to practice on an empty stomach.
Wearing simple, flat shoes or even bare foot is most suitable for Qigong.
and most importantly bring your best smile!

Your responsibility as a student
Each student is responsible for their own actions and health during classes.
You must inform your practitioner at all times if you are suffering with any illness, disease or feelings/sensations you are unsure about.
All students are expected to show kindness, respect and consideration to all other people in classes.
Any students failing to meet a suitable manner or may be deemed disruptive to other students will be asked to leave the class and their membership cancelled immediately.

What if am feeling ill or have an injury?
Please DO NOT bring any contagious illness into the classes, if you are unsure, consult with your instructor prior to attending.
In many cases attending your class can resolve symptoms of ill health and injury.
Even if you feel you are not up to joining in, come anyway! you can learn a lot by watching the class and other students.

Join the community
There is a private student Facebook and What's App group for students to discuss their training and seek advice.
If you would like to join any of these groups please ask for access.

 Improve your learning journey
Each student will have a personal training book to help with their progress.
There are also video tutorials available online that accompany the book so you get the very best from your Qigong experience.
