"Having broken my shoulder 5 years ago, I met Chris for treatment on my frozen shoulder. Chris successfully treated my frozen shoulder and during my sessions discussed Qigong.
I have always been a keen sportsman and continue to cycle regularly and attend the gym. Having now been practicing Qigong for 5 years I find it excellent for complimenting my other training, assisting in giving me a overall balance of body and mind.
Even after 5 years I still find so many different avenues within Qigong on how it assists me both physically and mentally.
Physically I have found it has aligned my body and over come previous back issues. Mentally it constantly assists me in keeping me calmer and more controlled both personally and professionally in how I approach issues as they arise.

"The walk I went on was organised by Buddhafield. They call it a Yatra, a pilgrimage and were running it for the second time.
We were 40 people walking silently in line from somewhere near Honiton to Glastonbury roughly 60 –65 miles over 6 days, camping each night along the way, mostly in fields. The people were a hardy lot I have to say ranging in age from about 30 to 67. I was probably the oldest.
Not in my wildest dreams did I imagine I could go on something like this as my back had been so bad for about two years since I broke my wrist in 2014.
I credit your classes entirely for my recovery as I haven’t done anything else to help me.
I tried Qi Gong in the past and not stuck with it because I didn’t feel the classes equipped me with doing the movements on my own. I like that you stick with a sequence, the hand-outs and the personal attention you give to posture etc. Invaluable!
You know the body superbly well and what you teach works.

"it's improved wellbeing, both physically & mentally...this can be measurable as well as just 'feeling good'. For example, improved sleep quality, less fatigue, improved digestive function, better able to handle the challenges that life throws, less disease, improved focus, I could go on. It is hard to measure these things scientifically when you have a sample size of one & there are many variables, but from my personal experience, I know my physical & mental health has improved when I regularly practice.
